Telecommunications: 

• Review current telecommunications invoices and provide recommendations on how to consolidate costs and invoices.
• Create a custom inventory spreadsheet by clinic with account numbers, phone numbers/Internet circuits and trouble reporting phone numbers so your business can stay organized.
• Contact carriers to open billing disputes and/or open repair tickets.
• Provide expertise in call routing, hunt groups, features/functionality so that your business can operate more effectively.
• Create training documentation which can include anything from “how to use voice mail” to “how to report a trouble ticket.”  
• Utilize relationships to offer services from several different carriers.

New & Moving Locations: 

• Procure new voice/Internet services based on preferred provider and coordinate installation
• Procure and coordinate wiring vendor for low voltage wiring which can also include installation of IT equipment and phones if applicable.  
• Ensure each clinic opens on-time with a fully functional voice and data network.  

Phone Systems:

• Assist with procuring and implementing an enterprise wide premise-based phone system or hosted VoIP system.
• Uncover the needs of the end users and provide recommendations on system configuration.
• Provide administrative programming (users, extensions, hunt groups, call routing, etc.).
• Create phone system user guides.
• Facilitate training to staff via webinar or in person.
